Interview
For my first interview, I was greeted by both the Manager and Franchise Owner of my location. We went outside to a nearby table and began the interview. They asked me questions about previous work experience, what I was looking for in a job, what sort of managerial style I preferred, and what I would have changed about my previous job experience. They also asked about my availability, what my lifestyle would be like while I worked, my transportation, and how long I planned on working there. They then thanked me and let me know they would call me soon for my second interview if they were interested in hiring me. They called me later that day and told me to come in at the end of the week for my next interview.
For my secondary interview, I was asked to study a few products that were offered by the company and then attempt to "sell" them to my manager in order to demonstrate my ability to make a sale. I was offered the job on the spot and told to come in the next day for training.

Interview
Very basic. They just want to make sure you don't wax outside of EWC. Phone interview first, then in person interview. I didn't even meet with the manager. I interviewed with the district manager.

Interview
We look for individuals with a strong sales background, salon & spa background preferred, strong communication skills, and someone who is able to listen, learn, and take coaching to better their personal performance.
