Interview
Had a very nice conversation with the manager for about an hour. She was talking for about 90% of the time. She explained everything pretty clear and I got really excited about getting this job. I did not really like when she started talking about every single product they are using and what flavors they have. It is so unnecessary and such a waste of time. She told me she needs to talk with her boss and decide if he would want to do a second interview with me. Never got a call back, even though I think I did pretty good.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at European Wax Center (Cedar Park, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
Casual conversation. Typical interview questions and scenarios. Both owners were present. They represented the company well. Very friendly and love what they do. They did a great job explaining the entirety of the position and company background. They also discussed their company goals which really got my attention. My overall experience was positive.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with an angry guest. How will your previous experience in management roll over into this job?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at European Wax Center (Broomall, PA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Went in for first interview and met with the owner first, then the manager. Received a call to come in for a second interview which was not an interview but more of an offer and introduction to the job. This location advertises that they pay $13/hr + commission. Do not let them fool you. They pay $9/hr + 3 % commission which they say should equal out to about $13/hr. Most of the time it does not.
