you sit down with the manager and go over your work experience of course and what you are looking for. then they go over their script you would have to go off of to talk to customers and they ask you if you would be comfortable with that. basically they ask you if you are comfortable with being a sales robot.

I had a short and sweet interview process at European Wax Center. Questions were related to personality, beauty and sales knowledge & skills review. Interview is a 2 step process, first interview is to get to know you and the second is to get to know your skills and how well you would fit into the center.
