I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Experian
Interview
Interviews were very positive. I was told to not take anything else because they were so impressed with me and I just had to go through panel interviews before they could offer me the job.
They made me go through six or seven panel interviews over the course of **four months** and then went silent for **over a month** before sending me a rejection.
Beyond unprofessional.
great very friendly and welcoming, it was a pleasant experience no pun intended. Very accommodating during the remote interview process, seamless transition to the in person interview with the teams.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Experian (Madrid) in Jul 2018
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter (working for an external recruitment agency - Athena Exec Search) via LinkedIn, I had a first screening call with him. Then with some delay he set up a call with the hiring manager after which I was supposed to have another call with a future colleague which never took place. After weeks of radio silence the recruiter contacted me again explaining the delay with some structural changes at Experian but promising me some news shortly. This was over 5 months ago and though following up twice after my last call I didn't hear any updates. I don't mind not getting a job but not hearing anything after multiple interviews is just disrespectful.
