Initial communication was good, contacted by in house recruiter about the role and put forward for phone interview which was organised well. Following the phone interview I had to chase as hadn’t heard any feedback for some time. Found out I was through to the next stage which was a F2F which I was pleased with. Has been several weeks since F2F and have received no feedback despite a few calls and emails to a few people at Experian. I have now withdrawn my application. Shame that they are badly disorganised or can’t be bothered to share either positive or negative feedback to candidates.

Initial phone interviews following application led to being invited to a one-day assessment centre; during that time we were given a tour of the site we would be working at if hired, also assessed on our groupwork, had an assessed roleplay and a one-to-one interview.

before you get to interview you have to apply using their unfunctional website which puts you off it in a lot of ways which is very disappointing, to say the least

the process I am still going through just wanted to say how useless the website was and how annoying a big company can't sort this problem out as this is the first stage of the process and kinda puts you off the job
