Extra Space Storage interview questions

One of the most uncomfortable interview experiences I’ve had. Hiring manager was 40 minutes late to the interview, then asked 2-3 questions. Half the time I was talking his eyes were closed or he was staring off into space. Very strange. The first person I interviewed with actually used the term “hazing” to prep me for the next interview.

The Interview was a group process and you had to go through multiple interviews so it was more than one time that they called you back for an interview in the process was very long
