Extra Space Storage interview questions

The first interview was a 30 min easy conversation with basic questions and the person who had asked the questions was nice and to the point. The second interview was virtual. However, the interviewer was at a coffee shop which was distracting because of the background noise. There was times were I had to ask to have the questions repeated since the background noise had gotten loud. To add to the feedback previously mentioned about ghosting. I didn't hear back until I reached out 1.5 weeks later. My biggest advice for Extra Storage is to give mutual respect to their candidate and cut the lag time between rounds.

Three step interview process, including: fifteen to twenty minute phone screen, virtual follow up interview with District team lead, then if you are selected to move forward, an in-person interview with district manager
