Extra Space Storage Manager/Assistant Manager interview questions

The interview was very relaxed. Alot of questions and getting to know you and about the company. The interviewer asked plenty of questions and informed me that someone would be in contact shortly to setup an in person interview.

Very responsive, lady who interviewed me is super sweet, along with the gentlemen who did my second interview. There are 3 rounds for interview. They are very transparent about what they expect you to do before accepting a position.
