Extra Space Storage interview questions

There was a quick phone interview to get to know you, why you're interested, and to set up an online interview. I came in prepared with questions about the company to ask at the end. I took notes throughout the interview on what the DM was saying about the role and company. I smiled, laughed, and showed that I can keep a conversation going. They asked me about what I can bring to the company, if I can multi-task, and if I can handle working alone. Working alone, handling situations yourself, and sales were the important details. They liked how I showed that I am responsible and self-motivated. I got an offer at the highest pay for AM, and still working for this great company.

One of the best interviews I had in my career. The people I interviewed with are super friendly. They make you feel at ease and it was more like a conversation than an interview.
