I applied online. I interviewed at Extra Space Storage
Interview
Phone interview with corporate and then a face to face interview with the Regional Vice President. It was a bonus that the VP came to the area in which I was applying for and I did not have to travel to the corporate office like a lot of organizations make you do. Both went well and I was offered the job.

Question 1
Basic interview questions. I felt that the interview was more of a conversation which was great. In this kind of setting was able to really get a feel for whether or not we would mesh well working together.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Extra Space Storage
Interview
Very professional and engaging interview. Wanted to understand my background and how it would relate to the position. Very good overall experience, although I did not hear back from the hiring manager.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Extra Space Storage (Santa Fe, NM) in Mar 2017
Interview
Interview went very well, and I was asked relevant/expected/typical questions by prepared and pleasant managers. However, the manager of that facility was oddly not included. I was told I would hear back in a few days, which turned into weeks of not being able to speak with either of them despite being given both of their numbers. Eventually received a form email after contacting corporate HR. I was more than qualified, and while you don't get an offer after every great interview, I suspect they may have had someone already lined up, and were going through the motions to avoid related issues.
