Extra Space Storage interview questions

I received a call in which I did a brief phone interview. I was asked a few questions( how did I hear about the job, what interests you in the position etc.) I then had a face to face interview where we walked around the storage site and the district recruiter aske me different scenerio questions. I then had a video interview which was a little awkward because I had to look at a computer monitor while holding my phone to talk to the district manager. The chair I was in was a reclining office chair stuck in the reclined position. Hard to feel and look professional. Decent experience overall. Was not offered the job

I was hired some time ago so it may be different now. I interview at a local store and met with the DM and one of his trainers. The DM looked over my resume and we discussed my job history. I talked about how I could incorporate those skills to the position. I grabbed merchandise from the sales wall and demonstrated how I would sell it on the site. The company usually wants people with customer service, management, and some sales experience. Maintenance experience is very valuable. The DM takes you on a tour of the property and explains what the job entails including cleaning the units and caring for the property.
