Extra Space Storage interview questions

I had a phone interview which was very good, not too long. Just asked about previous jobs and what I did. Then had a face to face with the district manager. I was good as well. Nothing to crazy. Pretty standard questions. Lasted about 45 mins. Got an offer on the spot, and accepted. The only part I did not like was that my offer was lower than what I was told during the interview, but I got a raise shortly after.

Back when I was hired it was very pleasant and professional. First I had a phone interview where I was asked a series of questions. I then met with the DM and the DLS trainers at the time. I walked the property with them and answered questions. I then visited a few stores as if I were a customer and provided feedback.
