Extra Space Storage interview questions

Interviewed with several directors and managers. Was not sure exactly what they were looking for to be promoted. Seems like the last few promotion were individuals that were directly out of school and didn't have any real experience with the company which causes lots of problems. This made it more difficult to know exactly how to answer questions

Phone interview first, in-person interview with DTLS, and interview with site manager. The process was longer than normal due the time of application. The process was around the holidays and the company was in the middle of transitioning HR systems and put the new hire process on hold. The company was active with keeping me updated and making sure I was interested in the position.
