Interview
I was interviewed by the Store Manager while we walked the building. Standard interview questions. This interview lasted for about 30 minutes. I was then interviewed by the District Manager in an office for another 30 minutes, and asked mostly the same questions. I was told benefits don't kick in for 90 days and there is a one year wait to contribute to a 401(K).

Interview
I felt the interview was very fair and I felt very comfortable. Asked a list of questions per company policy. The first interview was a telephone screen interview. After a few minutes of answering basic background questions, I was asked to interview in person. The interview was very professional and sincere. Then, another interview with the District Manager. I must say I was treated with the utmost respect and the questions were per the company process. I had quite a few questions and I believe the answers were genuine and realistic, nothing was sugar-coated but pretty straightforward and I appreciated that.

Interview
Met with District Manager, Dist. mgr. in training and a company training individual. We walked the property and interviewed while walking. The District Manger picked up trash as we walked so if you really want to impress them pick something up before they do because this is the job. I was dressed in interview slacks and tie but still can get my hands dirty. The next person interviewing came in unshaven, in khakis, and a button down shirt. Not sure what look goes over better with them but I would assume always go in dressed to impress.

What does integrity mean to you? Tell me what do you think about customer service and how important is it to you? How did you handle a hard customer? Also, they will stress that the job is 60% manual work I.e. Cleaning units, parking lot, maintenance etc.
