Extra Space Storage interview questions

I had previous storage experience so the interviewer pretty much just tested me on the details of the job, how to handle customer complaints, waiving late fees etc. They have high standards for unit cleanliness but at my previous job we had a maintenance man so I did not know how to answer some of those questions. I think he was mostly trying to get a feel for my attitude and personality than experience.

Applied on line, received a phone call approximately 1 month later, had a phone interview, then invited for in person interview with district learning specialist. In person interview went well. 1 week later I received a phone call for a second interview. It has been about 5 weeks and I have not heard anything so far.
