Interview
Applied online. Almost no feedback, and even then only when prompted — and it was like "we're still analysing applications", and then going back to months of silence with the position still open and being actively publicised in social media.
First level interview with two HR people. Background related questions, with some role specific questions related to the position - backlog grooming, people's management, etc. The interview lasted no longer than 20 minutes.
