1) Brief call with HR. 2) First stage interview with hiring manager and team member. 3) The same duo plus a senior staff member from another team as well as a test for the second stage interview.
Pleasant face to face experience and the people were easy going.
Drawn out process with little communication. Six weeks between first interview and second interview. Was told I would hear back the following week, after the second interview but never heard back, despite chase emails being sent. The lack of communication isn't polite.
In my opinion, I was too junior for their particular needs as it is a relatively new and specialised area within Treasury, that they were lacking expertise in to an extent within their existing team.
In a nutshell: My view of the Farfetch process is that the interviews were executed well by them but the level of communication after interview wasn't good.
