I had two job interviews with a member of HR team, the manager of my team and the senior manager. These were not technical interviews, they tried to explain the job and what was expected from the future employee.

They asked me the normal questions of a job interview: Why do you want to leave your current company? What do you know about the company and your future responsibilities?
Where do you see yourself in a set of years?
What is it important for you to pick this job?
What is your current salary?
