Online assessment where I was asked some theoretical questions as well as practical ones, followed by interview. The interview was more of a conversation to understand my knowledge level and to understand my way of thinking. This was well balanced throughout the process and I feel like it was a great experience.

The whole process consisted of two presencial interviews and a practical case study. The first interview was performed by a group/panel, including 2 members of the technical team and one from the HR. It involved technical questions and the usual interview questions. This one took about 45 minutes. After that interview I was given a home project to complete in about a week. The final interview was all about the project and was performed yet again by a group/panel. It took about 30 minutes and it consisted of questions about the architecture/choices done by me in the project.
