Good communication with the human resources. The first interview was a video interview, however the website had some technical issues and the interview was not submitted. I had to record a video and remember all the questions myself.

The interview was relaxed and well communicated what was expected. The response was quick. However, there was a lack of clarity on the next steps. The link provided for more information did not work.
