I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FARFETCH (Porto, Porto) in Jul 2023
Interview
They have a very standard interview process: 1 screening interview, 2 technical interviews, and a final cultural interview. The screening interview was pretty bad, I felt like I was talking with a robot asking me questions and filling a form instead of an actual person interested in my answers and following them up. That was already a bad start, so I wasn't looking forward to more, but I passed to the next stage, so decided to continue to see if things would get better. And they actually did! Both technical interviews were actually pretty great and I loved talking with the team. Both were a comfortable conversation were I got to learn more about the company and the team as well as share my experience. After these, I got positive feedback and an invite to the final interview. A day before the final interview, I got a phone call telling me about layoffs in their company, and how they're not recruiting for this position anymore.
