FDM Group Developer interview questions

I applied online to a job posting and got contacted the next day for a brief phone interview to find out about me. Was scheduled for another phone interview which lasted about half an hour with some technical questions but mainly to find out more about myself. I was interested in their company till I found out about the 2 year contract and the fee of leaving and when I was told about the shockingly low salary for a position like that. The interviewer was nice and I did not have a problem with the interview process.

Assessment Day: 4 tests and 3 one-to-one strength based interview(15min each) Feel free to ask your recruiter about the process and further information about the interview, they're very helpful and friendly. Remember to give example for each questions and do not panic.
