FDM Group Graduate Programme interview questions

It was a reasonably straight forward process (albeit with several steps). Following an initial call with a recruiter, it was followed by a video interview and the recruiter was able to provide helpful guidance on preparing for the video interview. After passing that stage, there was an Assessment centre day which involved a few tests and further interviews.

The interview process was very pleasant. There was an aptitude test and then some oral interviews with multiple interviewers. The interview process was a bit long, but pleasant overall. Everyone was very friendly.
