FDM Group Graduate Software Engineer interview questions

Filled in an application form, which was followed up by a telephone interview, followed by video interview. If you passed these staged you are invited to an assessment day, which includes interviews.

After initial application they have a prerecorded interview question session. They ask 5 questions such as "in this hypothetical workplace situation, what would you do?" or simpler ones like "Tell us about a hobby you enjoy and why you enjoy it". The final (online) interview had 3 separate sessions with different people, who ask a practice question about your hobbies. Then they ask typical interview questions and questions with Hypotheticals, make sure to use relevant examples when answering all of them!
