I did a video interview through launchpadrecruitsapp's website. First they had a problem detecting my webcam (because I had one internal and another external), then the submit button wasn't visible on Chrome web browser... I had to switch to Internet Explorer to be able to submit my videos.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
