I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FDM Group (Xangai, Xangai)
Interview
Applied the graduate program of business analyst online, then after three weeks, received a screening call, followed by three more phone interviews in another three weeks and an online numerical test.
From my conversation with one Hong Kong manager, she clearly stated her belief in the FDM values. Read and memorise their five "very unique" values if you are keen to join.
During the last phone call, the account manager asked an astonishingly broad question, "What are your interests in IT". I can expect such question from someone who had no prior experience in coding/data analysis, but not from a firm that claimed to be a tech firm rather than a human resource outsourcing provider..

Question 1
In tech interview, they ask about dictionary or hash map data structure, and with 1-4 questions about what you will do in this kind of need!
Many rounds of interviews, split to technical based and strength based. Both were relatively easy with clear instructions and practice problems provided. One complaint is that it takes so many months for it to go through
