4 levels , 1 - Assessment , 2 - recruiter call (video interview) and 3 - behavioral interview and last technical round (both 3 and 4 in one day) then they offer you training for 6 sprints (3 months ).

The process began with an initial technical screening/assessment designed to test basic programming logic and problem-solving skills. After passing the benchmark, I was invited to the final round loop, which was a group interview day held physically at their downtown Toronto office on Adelaide Street West. The day focused on team dynamics, cultural fit, and collaborative exercises. Following the group day, there was a brief period of radio silence due to internal corporate/HR administrative processing. While the initial feedback from that round was a rejection, the recruitment team was proactive and offered an exceptional pivot: a one-on-one virtual interview with an Account Manager. This final conversation was entirely conversational, focusing on my background, university projects, and aligning me with their Enterprise Software Development practice (specifically the Java/Spring Boot ecosystem).
