FDM Group interview questions

The interview process consists of several stages: an initial phone interview to gauge basic qualifications and fit, followed by a 30-minute online interview where deeper discussions on experience and skills occur. Finally, candidates undergo a 60-minute testing phase designed to evaluate their abilities and problem-solving skills relevant to the role.

I had my interview with FDM Group in October 2024. The process started with a short phone screening, followed by an online aptitude test. After that, there was a small online info session about the program, then an HR behavioral interview and a basic technical interview (no coding involved). The steps were clear and easy to follow.
