FDM Group Software Developer interview questions

There are three interviews in total, the first one is a phone call from their recruiter, they ask you some general questions about your previous jobs, the second round is a tech exam for some OOP, Unix, SQL questions, the last round, I do on zoom live cam, including tech interview and business interview

Online application then a telephone interview, which was quite casual. I then had a video interview with prerecorded questions which took about 20 minutes, mostly strength based questions. Final stage is an assessment centre. This consisted of three ~15 minute interviews with different people, again mostly strength based, and four tests: numerical reasoning, set notation and venn diagrams, aptitude and verbal reasoning. Throughout the process my recruiter kept in contact and gave feedback for both the video interview and assessment centre.
