FDM Group Software Engineer interview questions

Four steps were there. First round was telephonic interview in which they asked general questions about background strengths and weakness. Second round was online assessment and 6 minutes video assessment was there. Third round was technical in which they asked basic questions and last round was behavioral.

An email about a phone call in a week. A general phone call where they gauge your personality, intentions etc then they let you know that day if your successful for the virtual assessment center a week later. The assessment is 3 hours long and divided into 3 parts (EQ, Business awareness, Technical) and then around 5pm and if successful, they send a final pyschometric test. You should get a call the next morning.
