Ford Motor Company Senior Software Developer interview questions

One 2 hour interview with a dev team to cover what project I'll be working on and to gauge how I work in a pair programming environment. Received positive feedback after the interview and got a verbal offer, but it was retracted when HR found out I did not have a Bachelor's Degree.

2 Video Call Interviews 1. Front end user story implementation. Javascript frameworks and libraries 2. Back end user story implementation. Kotlin frameworks and libraries. All implementation must be done using TDD. For backend, make sure to review REST and Spring Framework. Don't spend too much time talking and try to stay on point. I was able to complete both user stories, but based on TDD(Red, Green, Refactor) I was unable to get to the Refactor phase. Both calls were 2 hours.
