The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fortinet (Burnaby, BC)
Interview
Recuiter connects candidates with the hiring manager and leaves everything up to the manager. Overall it’s quite unprofessional because how inflexible their interview process is especially when the candidate has several other interviews. They also demanded take home exam testing command lines. Honestly I don’t know who they think they are .... they showed a lot of attitude of “this is the best company and you should do what I say (the interview process). I strongly advise avoid working for this company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fortinet (Sunnyvale, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Fortinet supports a very fast interview process. I even started an interview with it after I got a job approval notice from other company, but their's processes ended at the same time.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fortinet (Bengaluru) in Aug 2017
Interview
Was called by the HR 1.5 months after getting referred from a friend of mine and I should say, I am sadly disappointed with the overall experience. Was asked about my work and various questions related to backend, website performance, rest api's and interview was also good but final feedback was that the feedback from the interviewer was negative and he thought that I lacked skills in jquery whereas not a single question was asked from that domain. I was stunned and felt like the interviewer or the HR didn't like my face. A serious disappointment from such a big organization.
