A recruiter from South America does screening call, then hiring manager does interview. Interview was very disorganized. Recruiter said she didn't normally recruit for marketing roles then rambled. She asked me questions, when I answered, she said she didn't even know what I was talking about on a technical level... They were unresponsive for a long time then ghosted me, only to interview me weeks later.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fortis Games in Nov 2024
Interview
The good part: the recruiter and interviewers were nice, respectful and guided the interviews pretty well.
They need to improve: The process is pretty long: recruiter call, hiring manager call, take home test (7 days to complete) and then a round of more 4 interviews. The problem here is that Fortis Games ignores the fact that their process is pretty long, and that in the last round (the 4 interviews) you don't receive any kind of feedback between the first and fourth ones. And then, once they decide to reject the candidate after all those rounds of interviews, they don't provide a minimum meaningful feedback to the candidate. They say "we hope you understand that we are unable to offer detailed feedback on individual interviews", totally ignoring how much time the candidates invest on preparation and interviewing and that the candidates deserve at least some minimum feedback about what went wrong and how they could improve for next opportunities and other screening processes.
Based on the conversations with interviewers, and their attitude, it seems like a nice place to work. But the lack of feedback for rejected candidates after a VERY long process is disrespectful in my opinion.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fortis Games
Interview
For a company that literally has no actual games, and a website full of ideological fluff, they have an incredibly detailed process with so many hoops, take home assignments and panel interviews. They conduct screening interviews where the interviewer grills you - yes grills you - on your background and asks you for your thoughts for a brief second so that they can then spend over 20 minutes explaining why you are wrong and their thoughts are superior. Random company with inexperienced upper management that don’t know what they want, and don’t have the courtesy to share. They ghost you with no feedback and are incredibly hostile during interviews.
