I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Foundever (Manila, ) in Aug 2021
Interview
Makes you queue up for the online interview for a minimum of 4 hours. Only to tell you that the salary that was advertised is not available. False advertisement! The interview is easy. Some basic questions like tell me your work experiences, something about yourself, educational background…etc

It seems like they have... quite a bit of experience, or at least they know the people they want to hire. They make you upload some documents through a webform and after that, do some assessments. I selected a role that didn't have sales in the title, but they did ask me to do a sales assessment activity.
It's all done through a PC, you'll need a webcam. It's not very hard.

Typing (words per minute), what would you do in specific situations, a personality test with a Likert scale, "fill in the blank" English assessment, a speak for 1.5 minutes AI assessment
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Foundever (Belgrade)
Interview
I’ve applied through a referral. The initial contact was a phone call where they asked to me introduce myself in English. They’ve organized an interview after that and I was invited. After that was a test task to respond to a few emails for customers.
Once you apply and your resume meets the requirements, then they give you an invitation. Most time, they might change the resumption date. Once they have a company to service, then they book you for training. If you are able to get through training, then you start the shift.
