The interview process was good and included technical as well as scenario-based questions on SQL, API, troubleshooting, and roles and responsibilities. The interviewers were professional and the discussion was informative. However, the waiting time was quite long, around 3 to 4 hours. Most of the openings were for night shift roles only, which may not be suitable for everyone. Overall, it was a good learning experience and gave good exposure to support-related interview questions.

High number of applicants. Process online and systemic. But once you transfer to the main breakout room, it's the start of your endless waiting. If you're a girl and the host is a man, you're very lucky. No system on how they pick and arrange the selection. If 10 people are in the room, interview took almost minimum of 30 minutes, then good luck. Better find another company as the interviewer has no respect for people's time. Waiting time is much longer than the interview. Took us 4 hours to wait for them, mostly guys. So what more if you are get hired, maybe far worse than if they don't respect you.
My advice, there are other companies that will respect you and your time. You can't bring back wasted time, but you can find much better company.
