I submitted my resume, Gave a follow up call, was called in for a face to face interview. Then received a call back for a series of three interviews. Then I was offered the job.

Interview
I first applied online with a very long motivation letter and my resume. The called me a week later to ask for my availability. Once you have an appointment the three interview process starts. One with human resources, an other with the food and beverage manager and finally with the CEO, who takes the final decision.
