Four Seasons interview questions

There is 4 stage of interview and need to pass all the stages before getting offer of the vacancy. First stage will be interview by the Head Section then moving on to the next stage with Director of Section. Once this 2 stage is passed u will be contact by the Director of HR to be interview and last stage is with the General Manager

Interview was more about a personality fit than a tell me about a time interview. Checking to make sure people are the type to care about the service being provided and making an experience for every guest.
