Went through a phone interview, in person interview with the marketing team, and then in person interview with the Vice President and General Manager. During the third and final interview, I was offered the position and discussed a start date and met with the People & Culture team on the spot to discuss the offer. After leaving, I was told someone was out sick so the offer would come soon via email. From there, I followed up multiple times and was completely ghosted for three weeks, until I got an automated generic email saying “Thank you for your application, we have selected another candidate” as if an interview never even happened. Multiple emails were left completely unanswered and still do not understand what happened. Extremely upsetting and misleading.

I was given an opportunity to see how everything works, and where everything is, and try out the position. There was not much guidance provided, I was left alone a lot.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Four Seasons (Teton Village, WY)
Interview
In-person interview with my would-be manager and head of HR, held at the resort. Reviewed roles and responsibilities, job offer and compensation. The entire experience was well coordinated, friendly and very professional.
