Four Seasons interview questions

1 hour long interview through Skype with the Area Director. Asked about relevant experiences and had many experiential questions that were required to be answered in depth. The interviewer was friendly but would really dig into the experiential answers. The interview was conducted in English.

It was a very good interview experience. The HR is professional and the question won't be too difficult. They focus on the company culture so better to prepare for this part.
