Four Seasons interview questions

I had 2 interviews one with HR and one with my hiring manager. The interviews were a day apart. I received my offer within 5 days of interviewing. They were very nice and made me feel at ease.

3 interviews - First: HR; Second: Front Office Manager (hiring manager); Third: GM HR asks more about personality questions; FOM asks more about prior hotel experience and what was the biggest challenge in the last workplace and you dealt with it; GM asks more about personal goal and generally to confirm this hire. GM is generally very charming and if you get to this stage and are not a crazy person, he/she will do what they can to woo you over. :)
