The process was very easy and accommodating. It was done online and by phone. The interviewed were also friendly and respectful. There were 2 phases to the interview process.
Phone Interview. About 22 minutes. Talked about past experience, future opportunities, why I wanted to work at Montage, roles and responsibilities about the position, etc. Very comfortable. The woman was extremely kind and communication flowed easily. After interview, I was asked to turn in a writing project for next round.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Four Seasons (Sunderland, North East England, England) in Feb 2021

Recruitment officer was kind and helpful she has helped me every step of the way, very efficient. Care home manager was polite and professional. When i had an telephone interview manager was thorough, questions were relevant and challenging. I was confused a little if i should answer the questions from carer side or senior carer side but i done my best to give the answer from both prospective.
