Relatively simple, mainly felt it was to gauge fit into company culture, walked through my resume and asked me to relay what my expectations were for the job and tested to see if I had done my company research prior to my interview.

Applied online. Called a few days after and had a 20 minutes long initial phone interview. They mostly asked me to present myself, nothing technical. I have been then called for a frontal interview, which was mostly motivational.
