Interview
GE and had an info session prior to interviews at UIUC. Interview was conversational and laid back. I believe the main focus in the interview is to evaluate personality and attitude.

Interview
Campus selection with direct PI for 2 rounds. No GDs. Experience requirement of 2 years. No other requirements.
Direct interview, rolling out the offer after the interview. There was just a one on one interview.
Mainly behavioral questions were asked. Nothing technical as such. The interview was plain and simple. I was able to relate company requirements with my previous experiences.
