GE OMLP interview questions

Outside of the phone interview, I met face-to-face for my first and only interview. Was notified timely of my acceptance soon afterwards. Many of the questions in the interview were behaviorally based, with a focus on their core values. I suggest answering their questions specifically as asked so that they are satisfied. For instance, if they ask you to "Tell them about a time..." or to "Provide an example...", be sure to give an example from your past. Speaking in hypotheticals will not help them gather evidence or make a decision.

It was a cool hiring process. The leaders were smart and observed every single thing you did on and off the interview.They expected something out of the box from a candidate to hire him/her.
