GE Operations Manager interview questions

3 steps. Phone call by HR recruiter about my experience. On site interview with leadership team about my experience and technical aspect of the job, they involved me also in a plant tour. HR call for making the offer and my availability to start within 3 months.

Hiring process is all based off experience and behavioral interview questions. Several leaders (separately) asked relatively the same questions in different forums. Will meet with HR, peers and hiring leader. All were relatively informal. They will take questions at the end.
