I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GSK (Siena) in Jun 2022
Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GSK
Interview
Phone screening then formal interview. Multiple rounds with at least 3 people per round. Asked behavioral questions. While the interview was long it was nice getting to know potential coworkers.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at GSK (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Online interview, multiple phone calls, 4 hour panel interview. Everyone was nice the actual interviews with real people were great. However the automated process you go through beforehand was boring and annoying. I had to repeat the same process for like three different roles I was applying too. Also the people they have that manage hiring and setting up interviews are absolutely dreadful at their job. I got no response after getting to final round interviews for like two months until I literally asked them to tell me what was happening at which point I was sent a genetic rejection letter after probably spending like 12 hours total in interviews. Great employees, good company, interviewing process made me feel disrespected as heck. Prepare to spend tons of time just to potentially be sent a generic rejection letter extremely late.
