There was first an online test World of GSK assessment which was really long, and then there was an application which only consisted of 2 real questions, and then i was invited to the assessment centre by telephone.

(1) Phone screening interview. Asked about my availability, my background, the reason for interest in the role, and reason for applying at GSK. Time: 15mins. (2) Hiring manager interview. More detailed interview. Asked about why ideal candidate? Why GSK? Time: 45mins

1hr scheduled interview, went over time to 1.5 hours. 2 interviewers were present and they gave me a tour of the GSK facility. They each had to fill out a booklet/package about each candidate, very structured.
