I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Gameloft in Nov 2025
Interview
The Human Resources representative, Eliza Marinova, is one of the most professional and empathetic HR specialists I have ever encountered. She handled every stage of the process with great care, clarity and respect, and demonstrated a very high level of expertise in her role.
The first interview step was a direct online meeting with a senior representative from one of Gameloft’s key products, arranged by Eliza. The conversation was friendly, informative and transparent, and I gained a clear understanding of the role and expectations.
The second interview took place at their headquarters in Sofia – an innovative, inspiring office with a modern, creative atmosphere that genuinely makes going on-site enjoyable. During this stage, we went through a series of practical scenarios related to the Account Manager role, which we discussed openly with Eliza and the senior product representatives.
Overall, my experience with Gameloft was extremely positive. I would strongly recommend the company to anyone who truly loves the gaming industry - not in the sense of casinos and gambling, but in terms of creativity, art, and pop culture, and wants to grow in such an environment.
