I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gameloft (New York, NY) in Apr 2013
Interview
1 Hr round, 1 online test, 1 skype interview. The online test had a lot of questions on graphics and bit manipulation. The HR round is very standard. HR was super nice to talk to. The Skype interview was taken by a panel of 3, all of whom asked different kind of questions, not all technical questions, I guess they were trying to gauge if you are a fit for the organization and what your prior experience and background is like.

Interview
There was an initial phone screen by the recruiter talking about your background. Then they followed by a coding interview. There are several coding questions asked you to write short code implementation. They asked you to design and implement algorithm for a prime number tester. There are also algorithms about string manipulation, matrix manipulation and bit manipulation. Then they did another follow up interview asking mainly some basic stuff like data structures and software architectures and memory allocation. They also asked several behavioural questions.

The interview process is typical. Apply throughout the email, have phone interview at first, invite to take a two hour test and meet HR person. HR ask general questions and discuss how the company fits to you and vice versa.
