They rang me 2 weeks after applying online, the process was quite straight forward and HR very informative. After that first phone call I sent a cover letter about the job and was asked if I wanted to do a test covering many aspects of the job, this was not easy having 24 hours to send it back if you spend most of the day at work. The test was fair and an interesting insight into the position, after that test you start a round of interviews, first the HR manager, then the Global Product Manager, then the Product Manager Director and last the VP of Marketing, all them very polite, informative, professional & asking questions related to the job, background and gaming industry, the process was a good experience and it seems like they have a similar way of doing the recruitment process for other countries or positions
